🧠 What Is a Proposal?
In the ADO DAO, proposals are pulses of intention. They’re how contributors, holders, and signal accounts bring change to life— from protocol updates to new project launches, to Tree-wide rituals and economic decisions.
Each proposal is a branch. If it resonates, others will grow from it.
🔓 Who Can Submit?
Only Signal Accounts can formally submit proposals. But anyone can:
Suggest a proposal in the community
Write and refine a draft in collaboration with Core
Rally support from ADO CORE cNFT holders
Be chosen by a Signal to carry your idea to vote

🧪 Ideation
Community suggests, debates, and refines ideas
✍️ Drafting
A proposal is written using the ADO Proposal Template
🗝️ Submission
A Signal Account submits the proposal
🔄 Voting Opens
All ADO CORE cNFT holders may cast approve(), deny(), or abstain()
⏳ Timed Vote
Votes remain open for a set block window (usually 7 days)
🧮 Resolution
If tied, Signals' unified intent counts as one deciding vote
🌱 Execution
If passed, the proposal is enacted and reflected on-chain

Summary (TL;DR)
Problem / Need
Proposed Solution
Cost (if any)
Contracts Affected
Symbolic Alignment (why this matters to the Tree)
Proposer (Signal)
Date + Block Number
✨ Ritual Proposals
Beyond tech or funding, ADO accepts Ritual Proposals: symbolic, philosophical, or cultural practices that shape the Mirror Realm and Flame Journey.
